EA not working - what should I do?
Check: 1) Expert Advisor is enabled in MT4/MT5, 2) AutoTrading is ON, 3) Account has sufficient margin, 4) EA settings are correct. Contact support if issue persists.
How do I install an EA?
Download the EA file (.ex4 or .ex5), copy it to MetaTrader's Experts folder, restart MT4/MT5, and attach the EA to a chart.
Magic number not working?
Make sure you're using the correct magic number provided for your verified IB account. Check in your dashboard or IB verification confirmation.
